Cuyapo is a strategic, premier agri-eco tourism center in Nueva Ecija, with a healthy, empowered and Godly citizenry flourishing in a safe, adaptive and livable community, enjoying a clean and preserved environment with a balanced ecology, while thriving in a progressive, sustainable and competitive economy, that is supported by a well-planned, accessible and resilient infrastructure and served by a proactive, collaborative, well-equipped, and highly-motivated local government.
